01 Acceptance of Terms

ph96.com reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on ph96.com. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. ph96.com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ph96.com are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction via supported payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ph96.com offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.

06 Gameplay Rules

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting ph96.com customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13 Amendments
